Listen: Beyoncè 4

Nothing inspires yours truly more than music. It would be hard to find someone more awe-inspiring and solid than Queen B. Just one look at the video for "Who Run the World (Girls)" keeps the yougun's in check. While the rest of the pop-charters put dance song after dance song radio-friendly sure to be hits, Beyoncè beats them all by simply being herself. In short, letting her wildly talented freak flag fly. Who else puts out an album largely full of slow beats and actual instruments - more importantly, no autotune? A broad with the voice to back it up, that's who. Plus, she and Jay-Z are just too adorable. Listen to the album here.

Note: As the female closer with an all-female band and dancers to back her up at Glastonbury, B proved, that it is, indeed, she that runs the world.

Wear: Denzo by Sara Beltràn

Sara Beltràn has a line of jewelry inspired by her travels to oceans and seas around the world. Dezso, Latin for desire, is my heart's desire. Eighteen karat rose gold necklaces, bracelets, and rings made of molds of shells and other raw materials found mostly in Jaipur, India, and Tulum, Mexico, the two cities Beltràn calls home. If you can't make a trip to the ocean, what better to wear around your neck than a symbol of its awe-inspiring natural wonders. See more at PinkMemo.
